• Expiration: Games become inaccessible after the rental period ends

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Switch2Vault platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Switch2Vault or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Game Licenses

Games rented through Switch2Vault are the property of their respective copyright holders. Your rental grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for the rental period. You do not own the games and may not make copies, distribute, or create derivative works based on them.

6.3 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform (reviews, comments, etc.). By submitting content, you grant Switch2Vault a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

13. Entire Agreement
